Dr. Olsen is a respected Pacific Northwest eye surgeon who has practiced in the Bremerton area since 1972. He received his Medical Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota and his residency training in ophthalmology at the world renowned Mayo Clinic. Prior to becoming an eye surgeon, he spent two years as a physician in the U.S. Navy, the first year aboard the U.S.S. Sacramento and the second year at the Bremerton Naval Hospital. He retired as a Lt. Commander in 1972. Dr. Olsen offers state of the art comprehensive eye care, including small incision/no stitch cataract surgery, glaucoma evaluation and treatment, laser surgery and evaluation for eyeglasses and contact lenses. Dr. Olsen performs eye surgery weekly. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons. Locations
